Order steps:
1. Write an work sheet, fill it with detailed instructions.
2. Please prepare the following items before sending the case.
a. Work sheet
b. Impression tray for working model
c. Opposite model
d. Bite registration (if necessary)
e. Please include all implant components
3. After you send, please inform us the tracking number.
Shipment:
The products are usually shipped through an international express agency- Fedex. If the Fedex is not the most favorable transporter for you, we can also use Linex, UPS, DHL, TNT and other transporters as well. And you should pay shipping both ways.
Warranty:
Our product is covered by warranty for a period of 5 years for Fixed prosthetics,1 year for removable prosthetics. (Except the damage caused by man force).During the warranty period, you can send the problem case back to us for remaking or reparation. We do not charge on remake or repair cases that caused by us (you should provide the old serial number of the case. we give a serial number for each case).In most situations we will repair the case free of charge .
However,there may be additional charges in the following circumstances;
1. If the original dental restoration in not returned to us.
2. If the case is re-prepped and a new impression is sent.
3. If the shade is different from the original order.
4. If the restoration materials are different from the original order.
5. If we asked for a new impression and you asked us to proceed without one.
6. If we advised you that we could not guarantee the quality of this order and you asked us to proceed anyway.
7. If we requested a try-in and you asked us to proceed and finish directly.
8. If we received no study model for anterior for anterior cases and/or no specific directions
Working time:
Our lab take 2 * time table. We work from Monday to Saturday. We can receive case from Monday to Saturday and send cases from Monday to Saturday.
